Learn how to make the flaky dough for this beloved street food. While it is resting, create your filling for the pocket. You’ll get to be imaginative with a variety of ingredients. Roll out the dough, put it all together, then crimp them closed. We’ll fry them up, or you can take them home to bake. You will also produce different sauces to go with your creations. As spicy or not spicy as you prefer. Viva empanadas!

If you need to cancel your reservation a full refund is available 48 hours or more prior class to start. 48-24 hours prior to class start and we apply your ticket sale to another class of your choice. No refund less than 24 hours prior to class start. Although we realize that situations arise, please understand that food and supplies must be ordered, and staff scheduled the day before the class starts, according to reservation amounts.
If The Cook’s Studio has to cancel or reschedule a class due to not reaching our minimum reservation requirements, we will let you know 2 days prior to class start. Guests will have their choice of a full refund, or apply their ticket to any other class, AND bring a friend for free! This is our 2-4-1 reschedule policy, some restrictions apply.
