  • Brie D’Isigny
  • Mimolette
  • Petit Pont L'eveque
  • and of course the world famous Beurre D’Isigny butter

Such fun! Cara was a great speaker! She really knew her cheeses and had great anecdotes. Marc introduced 3 ciders, fun facts and trivia. Such a great experience! I highly recommend this class!

Incredible food and an interesting look at what makes Normandy cheese distinct. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I loved sampling the many delicacies!
