With over 1300 cheeses and more than 100 000 wine growers, France has the widest variety in terms of appellations in wines and in cheeses. Learn what they are, how they are made and how to prepare the perfect wine & cheese evening using a variety of textures, organoleptic properties and how best to pair the two.

This is not a BYOB class.

Afterwards, prepare your palates and noses for an awakening of the senses as you taste each pairing, and learn about their provenance and flavor profiles.
