  • Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe

Please Note: After booking the class, please email [email protected] for any allergies you may have. This course contains WHEAT, EGGS, and DAIRY. Substitutions will be actively encouraged.

Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

  • You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event. 
  • Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. 
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
  • Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Instructor Kim, and her amazing team, Jenny and Nubiae, kept the class swift and clear. We learned the basics of pasta-making, and got the aperitif of true New York love and history. New York is fresh Italian pasta. The simple ingredients composed a meal full of generosity and laughter, mixed with fresh pepper, parsley, and heaps of Romano. We were way too happy and too full by the end. But I'd do it til my belt popped.

    Absolutely delightful. Really learnt everything step by step. The equipment was state of the art. The instructors were super helpful and guiding. They even cooked the pasta we made afterwards and we had a lovely dinner!

Who is the pastaio that gives the class?

Hi there! The school have a staff of instructors, all of whom teach the pasta class. They don't have anyone specific tied to that class as everyone who works here has a broad range of knowledge with regards to all the cuisines they offer.

Do you need to team in making the pasta?

Hi there! You will be making your own individual dough, but the school does encourage sharing pasta machines when it comes to rolling out the pasta. If you are coming with a guest then you can team up, but coming solo is totally cool as well!
