What you'll learn in this culinary (meals) class:

Whether you are a wine connoisseur or simply a social sipper, there is no doubt wine pairs beautifully with cooking. Now, you can learn some of our favorite recipes that highlight wine as the star of the show. From poaching to baking and delicious risotto making, this is a menu you don't want to miss. 

Perfect for a special date night or an evening out with friends!


  • ​Salmon en Papillote (steamed in folded pouch)

This menu is gluten-free, for ages 21+ & BYOB.

You'll work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece. If you're coming solo or with a plus one, get ready to meet some great new friends!

Refund Policy

Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full account credit for them to reschedule to a later date. 


Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

Registrations are non-refundable. Cancellation notice must be received by email 48 hours prior to the start time of your event to receive kitchen credit, less a 10% cancellation fee. For multi-day camps and semesters, cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the registered series to receive credit for the entire series; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed. Kitchen credits expire 6 months from the date of your request. 

No refunds or kitchen credits will be issued when fewer than 48 hours notice is provided. Taste Buds Kitchen is unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows. If you cannot attend your event for any reason, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place, and we hope that you do! If you registered via CourseHorse, you must send your cancellation request to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> within 48-hours of the class start time to receive a credit.

Please note that the confirmation email students receive from CourseHorse is not the official confirmation email from the school, and that students are not guaranteed to be enrolled into the class they’ve registered until they receive the confirmation email from Taste Buds Kitchen.

Is this menu ok if you are lactose intolerant?

Unfortunately, the Cooking with Wine menu is not dairy-free as the recipes require butter, cheese, and heavy cream. We recommend any one of the Asian-themed menus, such as Sushi & Dumplings, Chinese Takeout, Tasty Thai, or A Taste of India (vegan). Hope this helps!

Loved the class! Super chill, yet the instructor/chef did check up on us to assist and answer questions. I’d take another class with TBK. Cooking with beer sounds fun! PS don’t forget to BYOB!

It was a fun and relaxed class. The instructor Jasmine was really helpful and nice. She answered lots of my questions after the class so I feel like I could make the dishes we learned in class at home. I definitely want to go back and take more classes there.
