What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:
Who said that you shouldn't be playing with food?
You will learn how to prepare:
- Zucchini and Avocado Salad With shaved ricotta and oven-roasted tomatoes
- Sous Vide Chicken Breast With Arugula and almond pesto
- Cauliflower Milanese & butternut squash purée
- Deconstructed Tiramisu
2 hours of cooking instruction followed by 1 hour sit down meal.

From the moment we entered, Ivan was warm and welcoming. The class was a great mix of hands on and demonstration and was good for all levels. I appreciated that he stressed safe food practices - hand washing, gloves, wipes for cell phones, etc. The dining room was a cozy space to enjoy the meal that we prepared. And the food was wonderful! I would highly recommend this class and look forward to taking other courses with him.
