During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty all-time favorite desserts.
Chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared so that you can perfect the recipes at home.
Each student will taste their own hand-made eclairs and cream puffs, and will go home with 4/5 cream puffs and eclairs to enjoy at home, along with recipes and detailed instructions to recreate these desserts at home!
Please Note:
- All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
- This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
- Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
- BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
- Kitchen will be open 15 minutes before listed class time.
- IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
