Homemade Beignets (French Donuts)

Everyone loves donuts! Learn to make homemade Beignets, which is the French answer to the American donut!

Students will learn to prepare these delicious fried puff pastries while understanding how to use yeast dough, baking and frying. For those with a real sweet tooth, add a variety of extra sweet fillings to the beignets such as home-made chocolate and fruits.

• This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
• Each student will taste their own Beignets!
• Each student will go home with what they made in class, as well as recipes and detailed instructions to prepare these at home for family and friends!

Please Note:

• All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
• Please note students work in groups of 4 (maximum)
• Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
  
• IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
