it was a good class...very mix...i like the volunteer who was very helpful.... the artichoke didn't come out as expected... and i didn't think it was a good choice of recipe or that it wasn't properly executed?????? but over all it was good.

The class did not match the description and did not focus on selecting and preparing produce. Menu included quinoa, salmon, artichokes, etc. The menu was too difficult for the time allowed and the capability of the attendees. Several items did not get completed before the class ended. I did, however, learn a few new things about preparation techniques.

poorly timed, and there was no focus or even mention of seasonal produce. When we arrived there was much confusion about how many people were in the class and how many stations were needed, so lots of scrambling. Initially we were told to share a station, and then told we would each get our own, no one knew what was going on. We were unable to eat all the dishes, and many of them were poorly executed due to poor instruction and supervision. Knives were dull, and we were served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. The aprons we were using were unwashed and smelled of spoiled milk. It was more or else a very poorly run Home Ec class at best.
