The class will be taught by Michael LaPlante, Certified Cicerone®, and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Michael has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City, all while pursuing his passion for exceptional food and beverage for over ten years. Along the way he became an avid home brewer and became obsessed with all things beer. He is always striving to reach higher levels of beer knowledge, certification, and expertise.
