Remember when feminism happened, and Georgia O’Keeffe kicked butt, and now museums and the art world totally treat male and female artists with equal value? JK JK IT’S STILL SUPER BAD!

On this two-hour tour of the Met, we get three things done:

We celebrate the awesome women who ARE represented
We fill you in on some women you haven’t heard about
We kick some ass - we hack the patriarchy and actually (briefly) raise the percentage of art on view by female artists!

The future is female, and guess what: the past was hella female too. Get ready to join the revolution (or keep revolution-ing, whatever, we support your journey wherever you are).

Once we’re inside 3 business days to your tour, we’re unable to accommodate any changes to your public tour tickets.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

Such a great tour! We had an amazing tour guide (Elizabeth) who gave us a museum experience like we never had before. It was high energy, informative and we learned things we would have otherwise missed out on while experiencing the Met. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to know more about the female influences at the Met or just a great tour in general.

Love LOVED this tour. Our guides Sara and Anna were funny, engaging, and so knowledgeable. I'd visited the Met many times over the years but enjoyed works I had never seen before thanks to this inventive and inspiring tour. My 17-year-old niece and I so enjoyed it that we are sending other family members to take the tour to experience as well! Highly recommend.

Our tour was fabulous! Two hours of energy, laughs, entertainment and learning. I would thoroughly recommend. We went to parts of the museum I never knew existed and was charmingly explained. Definitely will book again. Our guide was a hoot, brilliant and a plethora of knowledge.

This was so much fun! The stories were amazing, including some additional information on well known women of NYC. I loved that there were a mix of ages, genders, and experiences in the group. It was a whirlwind so make sure you bring good walking shoes.
