Description
What you'll learn in this strength training:
Static trapeze is an extremely versatile apparatus as it has multiple spaces to explore including underneath the bar, on the bar, and above the bar within the ropes. Together we will build a foundational vocabulary, learn new skills, discover new entrances and exits, challenge your endurance with long sequences, and increase strength with difficult conditioning exercises.
Please note:
Students must be in good health.
Please wear comfortable workout gear, ideally running leggings and tank or tee-shirt. For Aerial class, please wear fitted clothing that covers the backs of knees for safety.

If there are no students signed up the night before a class is scheduled, then the class will be cancelled. Because of this, you must sign up for your class 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel your registration for a class you must do so 24 hours before the start of the class or workshop or the charge will not be refundable. We are very strict about this policy and no exceptions will be made (including illness and weather) as it affects scheduling and payroll.
All Class Cards, Open Workouts, Rental Deposits and Workshops are Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable.
