What you'll learn in this yoga class:

Our Open Level Vinyasa yoga classes are as diverse as the teachers who offer them. Classes incorporate creative sequencing, yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breathwork). Expect a dynamic flow progressing through standing postures, forward folds, backbends, balancing poses, twists and maybe even some inversions.

If you have not checked in 5 min before class, then your spot will be given up to the next person on the wait list. Wait list students will need to be there to claim their spot. 

You must cancel your class 3 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account for use at a future date.

If you do not show up to class or cancel at least 3 hours prior, your class will be deducted from your account.

For workshops and events, you must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit on your account.
