Tiny Kids Family Yoga (Ages 2-4)

Finally, a yoga class for you and your little one to take together!

Together, you will explore kid-friendly yoga poses and games that will help you both get the benefits of yoga and quality time.

The class also provides 15 minutes of "free play" where your tot can socialize, you can meet other families, or ask our instructors anything.

We welcome families of all sizes! All classes are taught with 2 instructors and class size is limited to 5 families to ensure that everyone has ample space and attention.

Notes

• There are no prerequisites and this class is open to parents and children of levels. Our class sizes are intentionally small so we can give you and your child individualized attention, as needed.
• Each class will have two instructors. Our instructors are CPR certified and our classes are safe, but please consult with your doctor regarding any concerns about you or your child engaging in fitness activities prior to attending class.
• If your child has asthma, please bring an emergency inhaler is on-site.
• No food is allowed in the studio area in case of severe allergies.
• Our staff is also trained to assist children with disabilities. Please let us know if your child needs any special accommodations or support.
