Introversion means to “go within”. Owner and creator, Dishan Elise, utilizes her dynamic, unique approach to personal training in a group setting and brings it to you in a virtual class setting. Combining a special blend of meditation, coaching, motivation, and mind/body high-intensity strengthening techniques, the class begins with a warm-up, breathing and body awareness followed by 30-45 minutes of a variety of slow lifting moves including, manual resistance exercises, calisthenics, & other training tools; covering a full-body routine followed by a light centering stretch. Be prepared to use everyday household items along with laser focus and determination to get an empowering full-body workout!
The group collaboration, motivation, and energy in this class will be unlike any other class you've experienced.
