What you'll learn in this swimming lesson:
This class focuses on skills needed by triathletes and fitness swimmers.
This class works on cardiovascular endurance for swimming and stroke refinement;
Pre-requisites: Swimmers should be able to swim at least 100 yards.
The Benefits of Swimming: It is a perfect activity for improving Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, Body Strength, Muscle Tone and Coordination. Swimming in particular is an injury free sport. It’s relaxation and stress relief – improving Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and improves focus. Build up Self Monitoring, Tempo Control and Reinforce ability.
