You may request to exchange your tuition payment on a space-available basis for future classes of equal or lesser value, and while we will do our best to accommodate you, this is not guaranteed and not grounds for a refund.
All classes meet once a week for six weeks. There are no makeup classes. If you miss a class, that is one less class you can attend. You must attend at least 3 of the 6 classes to perform in the class show. Each class runs 2.5 hours unless otherwise stated. Classes may skip major holiday weekends. Please check each specific class’s date details or contact us with further questions.
If the instructor is unable to make a specific week of a class due to illness, career-advancing opportunities or other unexpected event, the class will either a) be taught virtually via Zoom for that week b) choose a new date to meet that same week or c) switch to 1-on-1 Zoom sessions consisting of 15 minutes each for that week at a time that is mutually agreed upon
You must be 18 or older to enroll in and attend the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
