The course provides information on lead-based paint abatement and regulatory guidelines. The course focuses on essential abatement procedures including site preparation, contract planning, project management, abatement implementation and record keeping.

Refund Policy

  • To receive a full refund less 5% cancellation fee, email us at least 6 business days prior to the course start date.
  • If course cancellation request is received in less than 6 business days a service charge of $50 will be deducted.
  • However, substitutions and transfers to a subsequent course are permitted at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course for any reason, including insufficient enrollment.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Lead Supervisor Initial course is applicable to residential housing and child-occupied facilities. As long as the structures fall under those categories then the Lead Supervisor course would apply.
