Use neuroscience, cognitive behavioral training, neuro linguistic programming, behavioral economics, psychology, evolutionary biology and meditation to write from your most connected self.
Each class starts with an introduction to various cognitive & meditative tools to build a prolific writing habit and write universal stories.

Each class starts with an introduction to various cognitive & meditative tools to build a prolific writing habit and write universal stories.
Each class includes a meditation that guides you into a deeply connected writing session. You will generate many pages of new writing in this class.
Built around the individual needs of the writers, this workshop will be tailored to you and your process.
The second half of the class will show you how to apply the Meditative tools to the story or script you are currently working on. discover how to drop into your character, and write scenes that organically have strong structure.
Please bring a pen and paper.

Meditative Writing Level 1 and 2
It was cancelled. The first class was fine but in the second recording, it didn't really feel like the information progressed.
The last two classes (half of the course) were cancelled so I’m inclined to ask for a refund. I honestly didn’t receive an opportunity to further my writing or learn the advertised technique.
What I did take away from the class is that’s its really led to help fiction writers and I didn’t think that was clearly expressed in the description. But people may want to know that before signing up if they are working in another direction.
Overall, just disappointed the whole thing slipped through the cracks.
