This class was really awesome! The instructor was very thorough in explaining all the steps to building our lamp. There were plenty of materials and time to plan and work on our masterpiece. It was an opportunity to brainstorm and put our skills to the test but in a fun way. The best part was I got to bond and enjoy pizza and wine with my date! It was a great experience and I highly recommend this class! -

Bake Your Own French Croissant
Taking this course was one of the most fun and educational experiences ever! The course is designed to concentrate a multiple day project into a few hours in which the students get to participate in every step of the process from creating the dough, doing the turns, and forming the croissants. Chef Makenna and Assistant Paola (super stars) were wonderful in presenting clear instructions, excellent demonstrations and giving individual attention. I brought home 8 super large croissants which were gladly consumed. I can't wait to take another class. -
