Our Open Level Vinyasa yoga classes are as diverse as the teachers who offer them. Classes incorporate creative sequencing, yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breathwork). Expect a dynamic flow progressing through standing postures, forward folds, backbends, balancing poses, twists and maybe even some inversions.
