Susan Barr was raised in Central London, UK. In 2013, Susan opened Susan B. Productions, which produces both television series and theatrical productions. In 2018, she decided to add The Creative Arc which specializes in developing and growing actors whether they're just getting into the entertainment business, or not. Susan B. specializes in personal talent development with an eye toward establishing previously undiscovered and established talent.

Representing a diverse yet select range of clients in nearly all areas of the entertainment field, her innovative and hands-on approach is without peer in the industry. Susan’s many years of experience and dedication to the craft of acting was created upon building lasting relationships with agents and casting directors worldwide. Susan B. prides herself on her work ethic and challenges her team as well as the clients she represents to work harder, smarter and to go above and beyond. Her motto is ”keeping it reel (real) with my actors”. Becoming an actor is no walk in the park. You have to work hard to make it look easy.

The Creative Arc is designed for all levels. We focus on training, developing and strengthening the actor's muscles. We have a great working relationship with Casting Directors, Agents, Managers and invite them to critique a few of our sessions. Our goal is to give guidance to actors, and to further careers from being no- names to booking costar, guest star, and series regular roles.
