Top Tier Prep was started by a small group of successful finance professionals who have experienced both sides of the interview process as interviewers and interviewees. After spending countless hours helping friends and colleagues navigate complex and confusing interviews in the finance industry, they realized that there is a lack of good interview preparation alternatives for those looking to pursue careers in finance.
