This class was a great introduction into French cheese. I was impressed with the knowledge of the teacher, the presentation and the guides to hosting your own cheese party.

Very knowledgeable instructor and great cheese tasting selection. Everything was well presented in a wonderful setting.

It is really great class!

It was informative and we tasted delicious cheese, but there wasn’t very much information on pairings and building your own cheese board- it felt like information you could google. Then the last few minutes felt super rushed, with ten minutes left we were told the shop was closing and we needed to finish our cheese, drinks, and make our purchases. I was still eating cheese from my plate when someone from the staff cleared it.

Excellent presentation and offerings.

Was very well presented - educational and interesting. Cheese were wonderful but it would have been nice to have more than one glass of wine even if we were charged extra for an additional glass -
-
Excellent teacher ... delish nibbles. Very good!

Love the cheese and enjoyed the wine but would have been better if we had both white and red to compare the pairing.

Very nice course, I’ll do more. Thx.
-
Fun and informative. Great variety of cheeses to taste.
-
This course is great fun and informative! I highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with this class. I actually walked out as the course consisted of a woman presenting power point slides and reading off of them in a class room setting. 45 minutes through the class we tried 2 cheeses and there was a lack of interaction as it was a total lecture style. Additionally you were provided one glass of wine for the whole two hours. I would not recommend this class to anyone who wants a social fun outing and would advise any individual to take a notebook and pen as its straight up school.

Really enjoyable class! Very informative about the types of cheeses and how cheese is made, and why it's so important in France. Also a great tasting and selection. My only recommendation would be to let everyone stay a bit longer after the class to eat the cheese leisurely and hang out. We felt a bit rushed to clear out after the end of the session. Would have been nice to just take our time!

I really enjoyed this class as did my husband. The atmosphere was very fun- starting with a glass of wine and a friendly yet intimate group of folks. It was very educational about cheeses and cheesemaking, interspersed with tasting various cheeses. A great way to spend an evening after work!
-
Loved learning - and tasting throughout the class. Mary is super knowledgeable and engaging! Would definitely recommend.
-
Really great! Tasty cheese and informative instructor. 10/10 would do it again.
-
Lots of fun, very informative and delicious cheeses!
-
Lovely class! Excited to come back and eat more delicious cheese!

Was a bit boring. Expected more detail about different types of cheese but it was more about the speaker's time in France and how great it was there.
-
Loved the class, there was a PowerPoint presentation could have been shorter. Perhaps show some video of the cheese making and have more visual aids so the PowerPoint does not become dull.
-
It was informative and fun.
-
Mary was a great presenter and extremely engaging on the art of cheesemaker. Articulate and interesting this was both a fun and informative course for someone was limited knowledge of the fine cheese world. Well done
-
This class was so interesting. We learned about the history of cheese, how it's made, what makes the cheeses different, and we got to taste a variety of them. This class made me want to take more classes about cheese.

-
A bit short and was expecting slightly more in depth.
-
-
Great class! The first half hour or so was mostly talking - would be good to get to the cheese a little sooner :)

An evening learning about French cheeses and tasting them was a lot of fun. Our group of four each enjoyed ourselves. The instructor, Mary did a wonderful presentation on the history of cheesemaking as well as the basics of making cheese before introducing to 6 delicious cheeses, including how to serve them and what beverages to pair them with. It was a most enjoyable time!
