    This is a very hands on class where you are also able to eat and drink - that's my kind of hands on! Ted was great, extremely knowledgeable and definitely excited about meat, and that's exactly what you want when you're making a terrine!

    Ted was an AMAZING teacher. We were lucky enough to get a private class with him, and never knew we could learn so much about poultry. We talked about all the different kinds of birds, learned about how to buy the right chicken, the best ways to cut and make the most of the meat, talked about why birds have dark meat vs. light meat, different cooking techniques... and the list goes on. And on top of all that, they served us the most delicious bite-sized sandwiches and wine throughout the class. Overall, this course is a staple and should be taken by EVERYONE! The best part - we left with 3 full chickens that we broke apart ourselves, and can now freeze, save and cook! One piece of advice if you take this class: dress warm! We went on a hot day, but when we got back into the kitchen it was pretty chilly!
