Wil Edwards is the Director of the Food Arts Center and the founder and editor of Food Society Journal. His current positions are a manifestation of his lifelong interest in teaching, food and the fine arts. Wil has worked in the cheese world for 15 years in production, as an educator and a consultant. He has taught at venues throughout the US, Britain, France and Italy. Focusing on the origins of hand-made food and the passions required to produce it.
His biggest influences were born out of his family’s desire to instill an appreciation, at an early age, for food, where it comes from and the family’s table side motto “Just try it”.
