Eli has been teaching sober yoga classes and private clients as a 500 RYT certified instructor since 2014. The Drunk Yoga® revolution sprang from her desire to bring yoga, self-empowerment and community to yogis and non-yogis alike. We ditch perfectionism, take the pressure out of the practice and turn yoga into a party. Her greatest hope is that you leave Drunk Yoga® feeling uplifted, newly empowered, and intoxicated with joy.

Equipped with a BFA in Acting from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, she has a knack for combining experiential storytelling with yoga and wellness techniques to inspire yogis and non-yogis alike. A few of the ways she does this are:

• Motivational Speaking and Solo-Performance
• Teaching her original Divine Your Story™ method for workshops and retreats
• And of course, creating fun, interactive yoga classes with drink in-hand as the founder and CEO of her internationally acclaimed company, Drunk Yoga.
