Gail Katz

Teaches at The Institute of Culinary Education

Chef Gail Katz is a graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School, now known as Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. She comes to cooking with a B.A. in education and a background in the arts. She has studied cooking in France with cookbook author and food writer Patricia Wells. Later she studied with Giuliano Hazan and Madeleine Kaman. Gail has given numerous food demonstrations, including Channel 12 on Long Island. She has been teaching at the Institute of Culinary Education since 1998.
