This was a gift for my 25 year old son . He LOVED everything about the evening-- venue, instructor etc. Wish there was a handout so we could take home some of the information we learned. Regardless, it was a great night!

Phenomenal class! Ted and master butcher Giancarlo delivered huge amounts of information in an interesting and fun manner and were very welcoming. Great sandwiches, yummy beer, wine. I'm so glad I attended this class- a truly wonderful experience!!

Great class. Learned a lot. Love that we got to touch and taste. I only wish we were giving something to take home, like a cheat sheet or something. (I didn't want to take notes during the class). But at least now, I know what to look for, and I can always refresh with the internet! Thanks guys. Love the class. Love the shop!
