Wielding a deadly smile, John Son wants nothing more than to open your heart through asana, meditation, and the written word. His classes reflect his training and ongoing studies in conquering lion yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and the Yoga Studies Institute, and include a vinyasa sequence tailored to the level of the students in class, a short meditation, chanting, dharma talks, and sweet, sweet music. Not to mention a good sense of humor and higher purpose. John is grateful to his many lamas and gurus, particularly Kelly Morris, Venerable Thupten Phuntsok, and Elena Brower, his first yoga teacher.
