(Ballet & Tap) Katie Schultz is a dancer, teacher and choreographer in New York City. A Southern California native, she received her BA in Dance from California State University, Long Beach. As a freelance artist, Katie has performed with Paramount Pictures, the Los Angeles Classical Ballet, The Brockus Project Dance Company and The Amy Marshall Dance Company. Television credits include The Ribbon of Hope Awards at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Katie has been teaching dance since 2002. In New York, she has taught at Peridance Capezio Center, The Dancesource, The N. Y. Dancers Studio, Soul Arts Academy, Bridge For Dance, and The Mandell School as well as various public Schools in Manhattan. She has a passion for teaching and a true gift for working with children.
