Lots of fun and goodies to take home afterwards. Teacher (Brook) was gracious and knowledgeable. Recommend!

The class was super fun!! Our instructor was very personable, kind, and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure our time at Tache was great, and we would love to come back for chocolate 202! Our one and only suggestion is to clarify that you need to walk downstairs to get into the unit.

I want to start off by saying that the instructor was kind and professional. My issue with this class is that we felt it was highly overpriced for what's essentially making chocolate molds. We were expecting to actually be MAKING chocolate or chocolate desserts.....not making chocolate and chocolate mold candies with pre-made chocolate. It's like paying for a class that advertises making pizza and you get there to find out the dough has been made and rolled out and you're just throwing on toppings. I'd pass on this.

This was a really fun bonding event for myself and my team. The instructor was super knowledgable, hilarious and made the class really fun.

The class was very informative. We had a lot of fun . The host was very accommodating. I believe our class was to have 8 people, however 10 people were there. I would do another course with more advanced chocolate making tips.
-
It was delightful! Our group of 3 enjoyed every minute of instruction and learning. Loved the shop and staff!! A+!!
-
This was a fun team-building exercise. Our team was the only one who attended so it was small and private, and the instructor was great. It definitely is more about decorating than making the actual chocolate, and I would recommend letting your team know they should eat something carb-heavy beforehand, but it was a nice way to spend a morning before heading out to lunch as a group.

The instructors, esp Stephanie, were excellent.
I thought we were actually going to make ganache or chocolate from scratch, however. We just used existing chocolate to make designs.
The dark chocolate we used was just so so. It was more sweet than chocolate tasting
-
Facility not as pictured. But Julian, instructor, was great. Very kind and informative relative to class structure. Small class a bonus. But I would rather pay double the price for better class with better tools and overall learning.
-
Nicest people but the class is NOT a chocolate making class but a chocolate molding and coloring class instead. Disappointed we were not shown how to make chocolate at all - only shouldn’t how to squeeze chocolate out of a tube, making shapes, molding and color. Absolutely not a $75 class or for adults - maybe for children parties. Two stars for how nice the staff was. Sorry wish it was a better adult class or less expensive for such simple tasks which we could have done it at home ourselves.

-
Very nice class. We got two bags of melted chocolate to pipe out whatever we wanted to create.
-
It was amazing! We learnt a lot and had great conversations with our chocolatier. We had a lot of fun and brought tons of chocolate home with us!
-
-
More of a chocolate decorating class where you make your own chocolates with all the ingredients prepared and laid out for you. A nice instructor.

My daughter was the only student in attendance at today's class which made it extra special. The chef was very patient and amicable. He gave us some history on chocolate before walking my daughter through the process of making her very own chocolate bites. My daughter hopes to become a chef when she gets older and our chef offered insight into his experiences and history in culinary school. I cannot say how this meant to me and my daughter. We look forward to taking other classes at Tache Chocolate and other culinary classes in general.

Informative and a fun morning. Go prepared to be a 'child' again! Make sure you're in an adult class - I finished with children under 10 but a lot of laughs.

I really didn't feel like it was worth the amount of money we paid for the class. It ended at 12pm, and we didn't do a lot of work there.
I felt like the instructor was great in terms of her knowledge, experience, and professionalism, however, the actual class was not really about us making any chocolate. I was disappointed.
-
Overall, I was pretty dissatisfied with this class. It was supposed to be from 3-4:30. but we were out by 4:05. We were given bags of melted chocolate to make into designs, and were encouraged to decorate them. The toppings were pretty limited- coco puffs, rice crispy cereal, some spices. We were not told until towards the end that we shouldn't be too much spice in, so some of my chocolate is inedible.
I feel pretty ripped off by the price tag ($75 a person!) and would not recommend this class to anyone.
-
We had the most wonderful day. We were greeted with delicious tea and then had so much fun making chocolate treats. Leslie was a great teacher. It would be fun to have a kids party there.
-
Lindsey was a terrific teacher. Learned a lot about different chocolate and had fun at the same time.

Great class that taught us how to make fun things out of melted chocolate! All skills taught could easily be used at home.

Really great class, had a great time. 10/10 would recommend
-
My daughter had great time learning about chocolate and creating different types of chocolate candy, bars and letters....it was fun fun fun!!!!
-
It was kind of fun, but only 45 minutes long. Not a very creative class and was not worth the price.
-
I can't really rate it 1 star . I did not stay for the class since the description in their website wasn't accurate..he told me to come back for the more advanced class. I was the only student enrolled. I requested a refund but haven't heard back:I do not live locally and cannot return and reschedule
-
My husband and I loved this class. Aditi was so knowledgable and sweet! It was such a fun experience - we got to be hands on and make our own chocolate creations. And we came home with so much delicious chocolate. It was heaven!
-
I went with my girlfriend as part of a gift for her birthday,
Overall we had a great time. It was just the two of us in the class and the instructor was very nice,
We made a lot of chocolates and got to keep them all.
I guess I was expecting some more info on the process of chocolate-making. Don't get me wrong, there was some explanations, but \i felt the instructor could go into more details.
I still recommend this course

It was supposed to be a kids class and my kids were the only ones in it. The other students were adults. Having said that, my kids had a great time.

We loved the class and had fun but I think the cost $75.00 was way above the value of the class.
I was also disappointed that the instructor was not the shop owner as was stated in the course description.
-
Rather than a chocolate making class, this was more of a chocolate decorating class. We did get to take home a bunch of chocolate and received a free truffle sample and a small glass of bubbly. Still, in my opinion it was not worth the price since I am more interested in the learning experience of a class. I can melt a bag of chocolate and decorate it at home.

What a fun laid back class this was for Valentine's Day. I took my boyfriend here and he loved it. The staff was friendly and the class was great. And I'm still eating chocolate that we made. What a memorable Valentine's Day!!

This was delightful! Everyone at Tache was welcoming and made us feel at ease. We had fun learning and left with our own, handmade chocolate treats. I highly recommend a class at Tache.
-
This class is great for newbies in the chocolate world! The chocolate master that I was assigned to was a creative genius, yet friendly and down-to-earth. If you are a chocolate expert-- be sure to be at your most curious to pick the chocolatier's brain and get the most out of the class. You will get much from the one-on-one session, but it's probably even better to bring friends to create and enjoy the samples!

Class was personal and interesting. We had a great time and got a lot of chocolate to take home with us.

Very nice class with attentive chocolatier and lots of chocolate to take away. My son was very happy!
-
The class itself was lacklustre in its teaching, and didn’t offer any information about the chocolate making process. A quick introduction to the kitchen machines and you're tasked to decorate chocolate blobs. The class is more suitable to children that want to paint chocolate rather than adults who may like to know a little more about chocolate like “how much chocolate is in your product?” or “what other ingredients go in to making chocolate?”.
-
Nice class with a good teacher. Hands on, making and decorating your own chocolate.
