Stephanie Cox-Williams is an Actress, SFX/Gore Designer, Director, Producer and Fight Choreographer. Some Special/Gore FX credits include: Theatre – R+J+Z (OHA and Hard Sparks Productions), Bat Boy (NJIT), Frankenstein Upstairs (Gideon Productions), Man Who Laughs (Stolen Chair Theater Company), Brew of the Dead II-Octoberflesh (Dysfunctional Theater),The Tower, Motherboard and Death Valley (Antimatter Collective), The Blood Brother’s Present…Anthologies, The Little One (Nosedive Productions); Film – They Will Out Live Us All (AGottaandTwoShearersFilms), Assistant Effects/Make-up Zombies: A Living History (History Channel), named "Queen of Gore" by the NY Press in 2009 and the “Tom Savini of Off-Off Broadway” by the NY Times 2011. She has received a BA in Theatre, a Musical Theatre Conservatory degree and a Masters of Art. She was named A Person of the Year by nytheatre.com.

Stephanie’s class was extremely informative and fun! In a short amount of time, we learned to do bruises, cuts, scrapes, scratches, and burns. It was also great that Stephanie let us keep the tools we used during class to practice at home. Definitely looking forward to a part 2 of this class

It was a fun class but also very informative for a short one day class. A good, inexpensive class to get an idea of basic techniques. The teacher was fun and helpful, and for a 2 hr class, there was a good amount of opportunity for hands on application.
