Peter Royston is the Director of The Music Hall Academy, the education/enrichment program at the historic Tarrytown Music Hall. The Music Hall Academy's mandate is to "explore theater in a real, live theater," allowing young people from pre-K through 12th grade opportunities to learn more about singing, acting, writing, storytelling and backstage technology. A licensed NYS theater teacher, Peter has been creating productions, workshops and residencies at schools throughout the tri-state area for the past 15 years. He is the author of over 50 study guides for Broadway, Off-Broadway and touring productions. His play, a stage adaptation of Madeleine L'Engle's A WIND IN THE DOOR, will be published by Stage Partners in 2020.
