William Klepper

William Klepper has served as a consultant to numerous corporations including AT&T, Bausch & Lomb, Bell Canada, Chase Manhattan Bank, Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, DuPont, Ericsson, Finmecannica, General Electric, Hertz, Johnson & Johnson, Nabisco, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche, SAP, Sony, and Sun Microsystems. He also has consulted for colleges and universities, school districts and government agencies and served as an advisor to the Wounded Warrior Project. He participates regularly in the New York Stock Exchange Chairman and CEO Forum or the Financial Times / Outstanding Directors Exchange.

Profoundly interested in executive learning, strategic leadership and corporate governance, Klepper is the creator of the Klepper Leadership Model, first published in Key Account Management and Planning (2002). It was then updated as the Integrated Leadership Model in his recent book, The CEO’s Boss: Tough Love in the Boardroom (2010).

Malia Mason

Malia Mason is an expert on negotiations and social judgment and decision making as well as how people regulate their attention and the implications for their work performance. She has received several prestigious career awards for notable contributions as a scholar, including the American Psychological Society’s “Rising Star” Early Career Award (2011), the Rotman School of Management’s Dean’s Award for Emerging Leaders (2014), and Poet and Quant's World's Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors (2015). Numerous media outlets have featured her research, including: WSJ, CNN, CBS, Forbes, Reddit, NPR, AAAS Science, and the Atlantic. In 2015, she was awarded the Dean's Prize for Teaching Excellence in an MBA elective course.

Robert N. Bontempo

Robert N. Bontempo is a leading advisor to senior executives worldwide. He advises on the leadership of organizational change and the implementation of business strategy to such companies as Goldman Sachs, Citibank, ExxonMobil, General Electric, Sony, Boeing, Glaxo-Welcome, NASA, and Deloitte & Touche, as well as government and ministry officials from The World Bank and The United Nations. He has served on the board of directors of the Michael Baker Corporation, an energy services and engineering firm with operations worldwide, since 1997.

Bontempo’s research on the role leadership plays in the effectiveness of global organizations has been published in journals in Europe, Asia, and the US. His perspectives on management have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and The Economist, as well as network news broadcasts. He is also a consulting editor for the Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology. Bontempo’s recent research on international comparative management involves cultural factors in international negotiations and international differences in risk perception.

The winner of the 1994 Singhvi Prize for Scholarship in the Classroom, Bontempo teaches executives and students at Columbia Business School.
