What you'll learn in this pastry class:

Who doesn’t love a great pretzel – soft, doughy, and still warm from the oven? Maybe dipped in cheese or mustard?

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to twist and bake warm, soft pretzels like a pro. You will mix, knead, twist, poach, top, and bake a dozen fabulous soft pretzels – all in your own kitchen.

While your pretzels are baking, we’ll whip up a creamy sauce to dip your masterpieces – beer and cheese, mustard, marinara – the choice is yours.

After just a few minutes in the oven, your pretzel dreams will become reality as a dozen delicious, warm, soft pretzels will be yours. The only thing better will be knowing that recreating these wondrous bites of doughy deliciousness is always just a few minutes away.
