Who doesn’t love a great pretzel – soft, doughy, and still warm from the oven? Maybe dipped in cheese or mustard?
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn to twist and bake warm, soft pretzels like a pro. You will mix, knead, twist, poach, top, and bake a dozen fabulous soft pretzels – all in your own kitchen.
While your pretzels are baking, we’ll whip up a creamy sauce to dip your masterpieces – beer and cheese, mustard, marinara – the choice is yours.
After just a few minutes in the oven, your pretzel dreams will become reality as a dozen delicious, warm, soft pretzels will be yours. The only thing better will be knowing that recreating these wondrous bites of doughy deliciousness is always just a few minutes away.
What you'll need:
An ingredient and supply list for the dipping sauces will be provided upon booking.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
