Tofu DIY goes deep into the wonderful world of tofu by teaching you how to make your very own tofu from scratch. In the process you’ll also learn how to make soy milk and we will discuss what to do with the okara, a by-product of tofu production. You really only need a few easy-to-find ingredients, some cheesecloth and a blender. If you have a soy allergy or can’t find soy beans, you’ll also learn how to make tofu from other legumes, like chickpeas, adzuki beans or red lentils.
Menu:
The recipes for this class are 100% plant-based and gluten free.
Tofu DIY is part of our 4-part class series that gets you using more tofu in your cooking.
