Wise Finances is designed to facilitate you in becoming aware of what changes need to be implemented, so you can transform your relationship with money. In actively and honestly participating in the exercises, you discover your ability to change what is not working and develop a much richer and healthier attitude towards your finances.
Throughout the six weeks:
- Learn different topics to enhance your financial literacy
- Incorporate mindful practices to ease your mind when habitual triggers rise
- Create a budget to monitor your expenses and begin your financial plan to success
- Develop a routine to help you create structure in your financial affairs
What makes this method different from other financial methods is that it addresses the person, as well as, the mechanics of finances; thus, healing the relationship on a deeper level.
Note:
- Wear comfortable clothing as we will be meditating.
- For the budgeting exercise, you will need your weekly expenses, so you can enter them into your budget.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
