Are you looking for the opportunity to meet up and converse with other Russian speakers from around the world? If so, Russian Language Meet-Up is for you! In this "conversational" group class setting, you will connect with other intermediate to advance speakers and socialize in Russian.
A CONVERSATIONAL ONLINE GROUP CLASS
WHO THIS CLASS IS FOR
- This conversational group class is for intermediate to advanced level Russian speakers and students.
HOW YOU'LL LEARN
- The class will be facilitated by one of our expert teachers for Russian, giving students the opportunity to inquire about new vocabulary words or just seek real-time feedback as they have casual conversations in Russian.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Instead of a specific lesson, you'll have the opportunity to have both whole group and small group discussions on topics of interest while using the Russian language.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
- Russian students and speakers will gain more confidence utilizing their language skills in a conversational setting with other students from around the world.

Are there any age or language-level restrictions for this class?
- Students must be at least 18 years old and up to enroll. While there are no language-level restrictions, we do recommend students be at or near the intermediate level or higher for the best experience.
How long is the meet-up?
- The meet up is 2 hours long. There will be whole group discussions/activities and small group (break-out-rooms) discussions/activities.
Do I need to bring anything to the meet-up?
- Students do not need to bring anything to the meet up.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Group class:
- You have until 8 business days prior to the start date of your class to make any cancellations.
- After that, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstance (unless the cancellation is made by Fluent City).
Private lessons:
- Refunds can only be requested before the first lesson has been scheduled. Once a student has been introduced to their instructor and their first lesson is confirmed, a refund can no longer be processed.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
Transfers (level transfers)
If you’re in an incorrect level placement for a language class, we’ll make sure to get you into the right one!
Email us at [email protected] before the second class of your course and we'll transfer you to the appropriate level.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
