We don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.

• We require a 2 business days notice in writing to cancel a class, intensive or showcase in order to receive full credit that you can use toward another class.
• Please note that if you’re cancelling a weekend class all cancellations must happen before Thursday morning.
• You won’t receive a credit if you cancel your class after the intensive starts.
• For our reel bookings we require a minimum of 8-Day Notice in writing to get a full credit. If the reel is attached to a class we require an 8-Day Notice prior to the start of the class and not the shoot date.

If the industry professional cancels the class you will receive a full credit of the class that you can use toward any other class at our studio.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
