Here's your chance to work with someone who casts for network TV pilots and knows what creatives are looking for from talent.
This online 2 week on-camera class is not to be missed if you are looking to book SERIES REGULAR & MAJOR RECURRING roles!
Blaine's background is in behind the camera & theater casting and he continues to work in various casting offices in New York City. He most recently worked on the 2023 and 2024 Pilot Season and the 4th Season of YOUNGER on TVLand. He was the casting director for the short film Mariachi Madness and was/is a casting director for two NY theater companies, RAL Productions and Goldfish Memory Productions.
His strengths are helping actors learn what it takes and the skills you need to land a Series Regular and Major Recurring role on TV.
In 2 weeks, you'll enhance your on-camera audition technique specific to television as well as delving into the business side of what TRULY goes on before, during and after a casting session. Whether you're auditioning for a 1/2 hour comedy or a 1 hour drama, this class will teach you the things you need to know that can help you get the call-back and then book the job.
Having received your headshots and resumes in advance, Blaine will cast you in a scene which will be emailed to you 24-48 hours in advance. The first week you will be working on 1/2 hour comedic material and week #2, 1 hour episodic. You'll start off the night with a Q&A, and then Blaine will begin working with you as the reader ON CAMERA in a group format.
