Learn chain stitch, satin stitch, whipped back stitch, and French knots as well as basic skills such as how to trace a design onto fabric and thread the needle. Personalize your piece by deciding where to place your stitches and picking your own colors. Choose from one of eight pre-drawn designs, or draw your own.
Kit Contents: three colors of cotton embroidery floss, fabric, needles, choice of designs
Equipment Needed: All materials will be mailed to you prior to the start of class. You will need to supply a pencil and a pair of scissors.
Skill level: Beginner
CLASS WILL BE TAUGHT VIRTUALLY. Log in information will be emailed to you prior to the start of class.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
