ARRIVAL: The studio opens to students 15 minutes before class time. Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your class starts to allow time for your hammock to be adjusted and to get settled in. For your safety, late arrivals are not permitted.
MATS, HAMMOCKS & PROPS: For your comfort, you are welcome to bring a mat or your own hammock to any of our classes but our floors are soft and don't require a mat to feel comfy.
