Chef Ed was an amazing teacher! He was funny and entertaining, but also very thorough explaining all the steps to make a delicious bowl of ramen. This was me and my husband's first CoCu Social class and we can't wait to take another cooking class again. We really enjoyed making our own pasta and getting our hands dirty in the process. We left the class with a strong understanding of how to make ramen and full bellies for the rest of the day. Thank you Chef Ed and your wonderful assistants for the amazing experience. We will see you at our next class :)

Fun and easy :) great to do with a friend and Edgar was great.

Very fun class, relaxed and friendly. Instructor was cheerful and he and his daughter made sure everyone had every thing they needed. Made more rolls that I thought we would!

Great class taught by Edgar. The pork and shrimp filling was easy to prepare, and made a lot of dumplings, which after steaming, we both got to eat. A lot of fun. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful class. Eddie was so friendly and answered any and all of our questions. Have hands on help and made it so enjoyable. The dumplings were yummy and I will absolutely try this on my own. A very fun experience with fun people. We really enjoyed!! Highly recommend!!

The teacher was nice and knew his stuff.
The venue was hideous. It was the bar in a hotel.
I would have appreciated some place well light and
quieter.
I did learn how to make sushi. Also, it would have
been nice if he went over how to make the rice and
had more than one copy of the rice recipe.

We had such a great time taking this class. Edgar made the experience fun and very informative. I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking for something fun to do in the city.

I had a great time learning how to roll sushi. Edgar was great in teaching the steps and giving us tips on how to do each step well. I was so full by the end of the class!

If you're afraid to make noodles from scratch, this class will help you get over that. Otherwise I'm sorry to say there wasn't much actual cooking to be done - which was somewhat understandable, since the class took place in a hotel bar. The instructor was very kind and good natured, although not a teacher or a chef. I am truly sorry if this reflects negatively on him or his assistants (his daughters). They obviously did their best, and hopefully there were other people in the group who learned something. Other than making the noodles, we didn't get to cook or even prepare any other components. Overall, my companion and I were pretty bored and felt like we should've just gone to a ramen spot for a better meal.

Had a wonderful time and learned too! Chef Edgar was knowledgeable and helpful. Her two daughters were very nice. And then, you get to eat your sushi too! Thank you! PS. Do not eat before the class. The sushi you’ll make will/can be your dinner

Chef Edgar was an incredible instructor - very warm and friendly! Our dumplings ended up being delicious too - we are excited to use the steamer we ordered (yes, he inspired us that much) and try the recipe at home.
