Shelly was so knowledgeable and provided so many tips and tricks for making successful yeast breads - we all felt like we were in very good hands, and completely enjoyed the experience.     What a great class! I bake sourdough regularly because I have IR. I learned so many tips and tricks. I recommend the class for any level of baker!! Very clear and well designed class, so that you are able to work through EVERY step. Chilly puts a great deal of prep work in to have each step prepped to a point so you see the entire process and have one baked to take home and you you will bake at home. Thank you!
