Contact the school too: We recommend also reaching out to the school directly as this will often be the fastest way to get last-minute info and help. Usually school contact information can be found in your CourseHorse purchase receipt, but can also be easily located via your favorite Internet search engine! Thank you for reaching out, and talk soon.

To get your class link:

Log in to your coursehorse account used to purchased the class. You'll find your link underneath the class name.
If you do not find a link in your account, check your email inbox (especially promotions, spam and junk folders) for an email from the class provider (not coursehorse). Your class provider's name is on the class page and in your receipt. If you purchased a class on behalf of someone else and provided their email, have the recipient look in their email.
If you do not find the email there, contact the class provider directly (either through their website or contact info we provided in your email receipt) and copy [email protected] on that email.
