Barre : Pilates

Barre : Pilates is unique to Pure Body Studio. For this class, we combine the barre technique with classical Pilates exercises. Pilates : Barre is meant to challenge your stamina and work toward long, lean, strong legs and backs while utilizing the ballet barre and various props. This class is suitable for all levels, but moves at a very quick pace. 

Be prepared to work! Barre classes have a way of targeting muscles like never before, and when we combine this with the classical Pilates exercises, your body will gain a whole new level of strength
