Hey, I'm Lindsey! I teach Strikefit Kickboxing and Cycle 6 classes. I am a licensed physical therapist and avid fitness enthusiast! I played division 1 college soccer at Centenary College of Louisiana and achieved a BS in health and exercise science.

After receiving my masters degree in physical therapy from TWU, I began a fitness journey where I discovered how much I enjoyed group exercise and saw such amazing body transformations in myself and others. Now I truly enjoying teaching and motivating others to push themselves beyond what they ever thought their bodies were capable of!
