I had taken a previous class with the instructor Julie Falconer before on blogging. She does a great presentation and is knowledgeable about her subject. I was also concerned because I registered late and did not receive confirmation. I contacted Course Horse and the staff responded quickly.

  • My husband and I had so much fun at this class! I was a little nervous because 1) we were late because of traffic and 2) I’m not an Asian cuisine connoisseur so I was afraid the menu may be too authentic for my taste. We made four basic rolls, starting with the California. There were two raw fish options, plus crab, and all the traditional ingredients like avocado and cucumber. Chef Scott is high energy, fun, and engaging. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We learned so much and are confident enough to start making our own rolls at home.
